Omu Peak
The highest point of the massif (2,514 m), a classic target for day hikes.

Omu Peak, at 2,514 m, is the highest point of the Bucegi Mountains and one of the highest in Romania. It is home to one of the country's oldest mountain huts.
Trails to the summit start from Bușteni, Sinaia or the plateau and are recommended for hikers in good shape. The ridge views fully reward the effort.
